Cosmic Support are here to help when you have a problem. Firstly, you need to contact us and give us some details of the problem, you can do this via email or telephone. Don't forget to include your details, especially if you are a subscriber.
A support agent will speak to you over the phone and ask for any additional information, and may direct you to our remote support to analyis and even resolve the problem if possible.
If it cannot be resolved immediately, you will be informed of the next stage, such as research on our part, or the requirement of a site visit. Email, Telephone and Remote support is included in Subscriptions. Site visits however are not, please see our subscriptions page.
