Ad-hoc (No Subscription)
You're probably already paying quite a few monthly fees as it is, so why should you pay a subscription for IT Support that you're probably only going to use occasionally?
Well as with most other pay monthly items, it's cheaper if you use it alot with discount schemes and extras included, in the end we want to have a happy loyal customer and you want a service that's there for you when you need it. In order for most companies to provide that they need to relay on a regular payment from their customers. In return we give you priority over non subscribers and where ever possible we try to include small items and extras where we can for our loyal customers. However you may still not want to take out a subscription yet and that's fine, we're still happy to help you when you need it.
Ad-hoc users can call our support line or email and arrange for a site visit.
Or use our remote support tool, there is an intial charge of £5 diagnostic and quick fix, if it will take longer then remote support is charged at £15 per hour, payment is required before continuing.
We encourage all ad-hoc users to look over our subscriptions, perhaps a Basic account will suffice.
